      <image:caption>I’m a commercially minded marketer who has spent the last 20 years building, scaling, and leading marketing teams primarily across the UK, Ireland, and the US. Most recently, I served as Group CEO for a three‑agency collective under Prox Capital, where I grew revenue by 87%, led two acquisitions end‑to‑end, and managed international teams delivering performance and brand marketing for our clients. Before that, I ran performance marketing for a financial services business through Covid, managing multimillion‑pound budgets and introducing data and creative frameworks that drove double‑digit growth. Earlier in my career, I co‑founded a global marketing arm for The Agora, launching international paid media and SEO teams and delivering campaigns across the world that generated millions in revenue. I’m analytical but creative, strategic but hands‑on. I’m just as comfortable in Google Ads or Meta as I am in a boardroom, and I love turning messy marketing problems into clear, scalable systems. Outside of work, I’m a mum of two girls, a gym regular (lifting heavy things keeps me sane), and a book and podcast addict. I believe in work‑life integration, not balance — and in building businesses that actually make life better for the people running them. You included.</image:caption>
